Newsarama announced that Mera, familiar to Aquaman fans as his long-time paramour, finally steps into the spotlight with DC’s Mera: Queen of Atlantis, a six-issue miniseries debuting in February. The series by Aquaman writer Dan Abnett and artist Lan Medina, Mera must keep peace between Atlantis and the surface world. Covers for the series are by Nicola Scott.
